Bertie and Sherman Sams went to Colo Spgs and were in the restaurant business. Both Bertie and Sherman married sisters. Bertie married Hannah Golding and Sherman married Lavonna. Bertie (Bert) died on May 9, 1910 and Sherman went to Salt Lake in Utah. Mason Boone Sams went on a train to Colo Spgs and brought Bertie back and buried him the Culver Union Cemetery. |
